White Tea

White tea is created by plucking the most tender leaves and buds for withering in the sunlight without typical oxidation and tea processing with creates darker teas. Silvery hairs of the tea plants look white, and remain intact on the leaves, which gives white tea its name. When brewed, the tea is a pale yellow color, and is a light refreshing, vegetable flavor with fragrance and light body.
