Martha Washington's Cacao Shell Tea Tin 

Martha Washington enjoyed steeping the shells of roasted cocoa nuts from the cacao tree for the interesting flavor and health benefits. 

Description: Aroma of toast before brewing.  Steeping in hot water unleashes a tonic of chocolate and citrus. The brew yields a full-bodied, slightly bitter infusion with strong notes of chocolate, and light flavors of melon.

Caffeine: Cacao shell tea is caffeine-free, but it does contain other natural stimulants.  

Ingredients: Roasted Cacao shells blended with dried orange and lemon peel.

Size/Type: 1.5 ounces loose cacao citrus tea

Shelf Life: 2 Years

NOTE:  During initial processing and roasting, Cacao Shells may be exposed to  Nuts, Soy, and Dairy.
