Shipping Options for the U.S. and International

Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping for orders over $75 within the Lower 48 States.

Shipping Schedule:
Orders are typically shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Packages are picked up around noon each day. Orders placed after 7:00 AM or after the daily package pickup will be shipped the next business day.

If your order includes coffee, please allow an additional 3–4 business days for processing to ensure your coffee is freshly roasted.

Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Please note that the selected shipping method applies once your order has been fulfilled and handed over to the mail courier, not at the time the order is placed. Most domestic orders arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on destination and carrier selection.

Delivery Timeframes:
Purchasing Priority Mail Express or other expedited shipping options does not guarantee delivery by a specific date. While these services are typically faster, delivery times are ultimately determined by the carrier and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather delays, holidays, or carrier volume.

USPS Priority Mail:
This option, offering 2–3 day delivery, is often preferred for residential addresses. Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday.

Deliveries to South Carolina:
A 9% South Carolina sales tax (which may vary by jurisdiction) is applied to orders delivered within the state.

UPS Ground / UPS 2nd Day / UPS Overnight:
UPS is ideal for business destinations, with options for 2nd Day or Overnight service. Please note that UPS delivers Monday through Friday only and cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Tracking Information:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
Oliver Pluff & Co. is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they are in the possession of the mail carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We’re happy to assist as needed.

International Shipping:
At this time, Oliver Pluff & Co. no longer ships internationally, with the exception of APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), and DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) addresses.

This change comes in response to a growing number of international shipments being undeliverable and returned, as well as significant increases in import fees and delivery costs. We understand this may cause inconvenience for some of our customers abroad, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding.

We remain committed to providing reliable and timely delivery within the United States and to APO/FPO/DPO destinations. Please note that these deliveries may require additional transit time depending on military mail schedules.
