We offer product returns and store credit within the first 30 days.
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Oliver Pluff & Co. If something is not right, please contact us and we will be glad to help.
Return Eligibility
Unopened, undamaged consumable items, apparel, and accessories may be returned within 30 days of the original order date for one of the following:
- Refund, minus a 10% processing fee
- Store credit
- Exchange
Please Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless return shipping coverage was purchased at checkout. For exchanges, customers may also be responsible for outbound shipping charges on the replacement order if it does not meet our free shipping threshold.
Opened Consumable Products
If a consumable product has been opened, it is eligible for store credit only within 30 days of the original order date.
Because we are unable to resell opened food items, opened consumable products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged within 30 days of the original order date.
For exchanges, the customer is responsible for:
- Return shipping costs, unless return shipping coverage was purchased at checkout
- Outbound shipping costs for the replacement order if the new order does not meet our free shipping threshold
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please open a claim here and provide a photo of the damaged item.
If approved, a replacement will be sent without requiring the damaged item to be returned to our warehouse.
If package protection or free return coverage was purchased at checkout, the replacement will be covered accordingly. If not, the customer may be responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item.
Return Shipping
If you purchased package protection or free return coverage at checkout, return shipping on eligible returns will be covered according to that protection.
If you did not purchase this coverage, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please Note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping charges are non-refundable
- We do not accept returns after 30 days from the original order date
- We do not offer returns or exchanges for ceramic or glass products broken after use
