Prepare matcha at home with a complete set of traditional matcha tools. Our Matcha Gift Set includes a ceramic matcha bowl, bamboo whisk, whisk holder, bamboo scoop, and stainless steel matcha sifter—everything needed to measure, sift, whisk, and serve matcha.

- Matcha Bowl (Chawan): A wide ceramic bowl designed to provide plenty of room for whisking.
- Bamboo Matcha Whisk (Chasen): Fine bamboo tines help blend matcha and water into a smooth, lightly frothy tea.
- Whisk Holder: Helps the bamboo whisk maintain its shape between uses.
- Bamboo Matcha Scoop (Chashaku): A traditional utensil for measuring matcha powder.
- Matcha Sifter: Fine stainless steel mesh helps break apart small clumps before whisking for a smoother consistency.
- Optional 4 oz Organic Matcha (113 g): Available with the complete Matcha Gift Set.
How to Prepare Matcha:
Before whisking, soak the bamboo matcha whisk in warm water for about 30–60 seconds. This helps soften the tines and makes them more flexible before use.
Sift your desired amount of matcha into the bowl using the included sifter. Add approximately 2 ounces of water heated to about 175°F, then whisk briskly in a quick back-and-forth motion until the matcha is evenly blended and a layer of fine foam forms on the surface.
Enjoy as prepared, or make a matcha latte by adding approximately 6–8 ounces of warm or cold milk. Sweeten to taste if desired.
Care Instructions:
After use, rinse the bamboo whisk with warm water and allow it to air-dry on the included whisk holder to help maintain its shape.
Rinse the matcha bowl and sifter thoroughly and allow them to dry completely before storing. Wipe the bamboo scoop clean with a dry cloth rather than soaking it in water.
