Description: A Japanese Shincha, or first-flush spring green tea, that's harvested 88 nights after the traditional Japanese Lunar New Year and first day of spring. This lead has an aroma similar to the elusive scent of cherry blossoms: not overly floral, but deep and complex. This tea is delicate has floral notes, with a creamy mouthfeel. In the finish, this tea builds to a powerful and lasting aftertaste of savory yet delicate notes of the sea.
Brewing Instructions:
- For an 8 oz cup: Brew 1 tsp (3 grams) in 175-180°F of filtered water for 1-3 minutes.
