Organic Black Pearl Tea
Description: A rare, hand-rolled black tea made from high-quality leaves and buds. The leaves are rolled into a large, pearl-like shape before they dry. It is grown in the wild, mountainous, and misty region of Fengqing Yunnan Province. The leaves have a shining anthracite color. When steeped, the pearls unfurl to reveal their dramatic proportions. It has a smooth, rich, and chocolatey taste with notes of caramelized sugar and earthiness.
Brewing Instructions:
- For an 8-10 oz cup: Brew 1 tsp (3 grams) in 195-205°F of filtered water for 3-5 minutes.
